Every therapy or mental health roleplay I have seen runs in a borrowed office shell with a sign that
says somebody else's name. I wanted a building that was actually designed for it, so this one is built
from scratch: two floors, sixteen interior rooms, a tower stairwell, a roof terrace, a rear deck and a
garden. Every surface is custom geometry - nothing kitbashed out of vanilla interiors.

Every server has legal jobs and almost nobody plays them, because they are all the same: drive to a marker, hold E, watch a progress bar, get paid. I wanted a civilian job where the work itself is the game, so this one has four minigames written from scratch inside the resource. No ox_lib skillcheck, no ps-ui, nothing to install alongside it.
It is escrowed on the Lua side only. Config, locales and the whole UI (plain html/css/js) stay open, so you can tune it for your server and restyle it if you want to.

Most store robbery scripts are the same loop: walk up to a register, hold E, wait for a progress bar, collect money. I wanted the robbery itself to be the interesting part, so this one is built around six minigames that are all written from scratch inside the resource. No ox_lib minigames, no ps-ui, nothing to install alongside it.
It is free, and it is escrowed only on the Lua side. Config, locales and the shop setup stay open so you can actually tune it for your server.

Flipphone is a 90s flip phone for Qbox, ESX, QBcore servers. Real voice calls, phonebook, missed calls, ringtones and Snake, all on a chunky green LCD with proper 90s sounds. Built for a 90s RP server where smartphones don't exist.

**Pager **is a free 90s numeric pager for Qbox, ESX, QBcore. It only receives: no keyboard,
no reply button, no GPS, no mouse. When your beltclip goes off, all you get is
a callback number on a green LCD - finding a phone is your problem. That's not
a missing feature, that's the game.
